Assistant Claims Management / Junior Collection Specialist (m/f/d)

Transform yourself and take responsibility for...

  • supporting the Claims Management / Collection team in all activities for several national and international companies
  • collaborating with our accounting department and our customer care team
  • sending reminders to our customers
  • being the contact person for customer inquiries via email and telephone in  English daily working  in our ERP system
  • taking over process responsibility for the receivables management of the carriers
  • cooperating with our external collection agency 

You are ready for your Transformation, if you...

  • have successfully completed an apprenticeship in office management or equivalent
  • first experience in working with financial accounting systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics AX
  • already gained some work experience
  • have good analytical thinking skills and an interest in business contexts
  • are confident in using MS Office package on daily day, especially MS Excel
  • are willing to take responsibility for your own topics
  • have a conscientious, independent and structured way of working
  • are an open-minded person with a high degree of commitment, team spirit and flexibility.
  • are fluent in English and good level of German
