- Monthly review of the subsidiaries’ monthly closings to ensure that they are complete and aligned with the given accounting and reporting standards
- Implementation of any new accounting procedures across the subsidiary network together with the local accountants
- Participation in further improving the current and implementing new finance systems
- Further development of the given processes especially with regard to IT tools and the opportunities given by the BI / data landscape
- Participation in cross-functional projects (e.g. involving Invoicing, Claims Management, Accounts Payables etc.)
- Cooperation with local auditors and tax advisors across the subsidiary network
