Business Process Engineer (f/m/d)

Your transformation challenge ...

  • represent interests of our customers: understand your stakeholders and various users and their daily struggle and wishes and help us accordingly to shape our product so that it brings real and undoubtable value to them
  • observe and analyze needs and options and lead the product direction with end result in mind
  • drive the direction of development: define what is needed to be done and create user stories, but trust the development team that they know the technical solution how to get there
  • manage your product life cycle: determine in which order the items should be worked on, which of them create the most value, prioritize
  • document and present the progress: organize review meetings, provide feedback, demonstrate the newly created features to your stakeholders and work with their suggestions

What will help you to succeed ...

  • open customer-oriented personality, you observe and analyze current practices and can foresee possible process improvements locally as well as globally
  • you have a vision, ability to win others for your ideas, but as well a structure to be able to see needed small steps and prioritize
  • self-discipline, as we offer the possibility to work hybrid or fully remote, you need to be able to manage your working time to fulfill your responsibilities and keep your work-life balance
  • 1+ years of experience working in Analysis field, Project Manager or similar functional fields
  • knowledge of logistics environment data analysis
  • readiness to be in a regular contact with our customers, mostly digitally, but time to time as well in person
  • be comfortable in an international diverse environment, working with cross-functional distributed teams, using English as our common language
  • experience in one or more of the following systems: SAP ERP or Transport Management System
  • hands on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Support Desk)
  • worked on multitasking environment, ability to switch between contexts
  • detail-oriented, quick learner, high stress-resistant and ability to prioritize and escalate when needed.
