Junior Trainer (f/m/d)

You are ready, if you have...

  • 1 year of experience as a Training Specialist  (nice to have)
  • upper-intermediate level of English (oral and written documentation, business communication)
  • high level of communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • higher education (preferably in Human Resources direction, Psychology, Sociology or similar)
  • excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • high emotional intelligence level; Organizational and time management skills
  • strong analytical skills
  • MS Office proficiency, including PowerPoint for the purpose of developing training materials and presentations


We are ready, and within our Team you will...

  • identify and assessing future and current training needs of Company employees through job analysis, career paths, performance appraisals
  • design, developing and providing training programs based on hard and soft skills for Company employees
  • provide effective improvements for existing training programs for Company employees
  • provide follow-ups after each training sessions to evaluate employees progress
  • develop and providing external webinars for Company Customers related to Transporeon services
  • provide opportunities for ongoing development of Company employees via developmental projects
