Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Transform yourself and take responsibility for...

  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns with the aim of engaging customers and prospects and generating leads for the responsible product category
  • Developing nurturing strategies to drive leads trough the Sales funnel
  • Selecting the right communication channels (organic and paid when appropriate) to generate demand among the defined target audience
  • Developing a comprehensive campaign strategy and execution plan across the entire buyer's journey to deliver consistent lead volume to sales
  • Working closely with product marketing, product tribe leads and the sales department to set up the right messaging and target the right accounts
  • Define the campaign’s KPIs and analyse their performance and react accordingly 

Your are ready for your Transformation, if you have...

  • min. 3 years of work experience in growth marketing area 
  • Experience in demand generation, performance or growth marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Project management skills to execute campaigns from beginning to end
  • Expertise in the full spectrum of digital and as well as non-digital lead generation
  • Obsession about copy and creating a delightful brand experience at all customer touchpoints
  • Fluent business English
  • Open-minded personality, ability to work in diverse teams and with external vendors, and self-motivated
