Manual Tester/QA Engineer (x/f/m)

Your transformation challenge ...

Monitoring every phase of the software development process to ensure product quality and compliance of project processes for our product Freight Spend Insights (https://www.transporeon.com/en/reports/why-freight-spend-insights)
Executing various manual test types (functional, basic performance, usability, security, regression, smoke, sanity etc.) in all test stages (integration, system, acceptance).
Analyzing and reporting results of testing (test reports, defects) and tracking defects to successful closure.
Maintaining test environment and data, creating and maintaining the testing documentation (test cases, check lists).
Communicating closely with all members of the development team in order to find appropriate and timely solutions.

You are ready, if you have ...

At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing as Manual Tester.
Good knowledge of software development life cycle and testing principles, methods, and test design techniques as well as test documentation.
In-depth understanding of Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence concepts from QA perspective.
In-depth understanding of SQL scripting and hands-on experience using one of the RDBMS (EDW source to target testing, data transformation/manipulation testing, data quality/completeness validation, HTML, Web Services, network protocols).
Have experience using issue-tracking software (e.g. JIRA) and team collaboration software.
