Sales Enablement Manager (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for…

  • The organization of onboarding training sessions where you will conduct your own sessions
  • The update and optimization of the onboarding program for new sales colleagues
  • The coordination and design of training sessions with external providers and HR
  • The implementation and maintenance of a Learning Management/Customer Engagement Tool
  • Exploring new opportunities to increase the productivity of the sales team (e.g. new tools)

You are ready if you have….

  • 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development or Sales-related functions (tech sales)
  • Experience in training-related activities and in project management/implementations
  • Great organization and communication skills
  • High willingness to develop and grow personally
  • The ability to work conceptually and connect quickly with new people and build trust and rapport easily
  • Fluency in English
