Carrier Network Expansion Manager (m/f/d)

You are ready if you...

  • have experience in Operations Management: collaborate with sales, product and other teams to identify process inefficiencies and drive operational excellence. Experience in supply chain roles and/or digital freight forwarding is nice-to-have.
  • are familiar with Project management: experience in working and cooperating with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • poses entrepreneurial mindset: proven ability to develop ideas independently and thrive in a very fast-paced environment where thinking out-of-the-box is necessary to be successful.
  • are a data analytic person: experience in processing and reading data to extract relevant insights and identify growth opportunities

We are ready and waiting with...

  • driving carrier adoption and engagement efforts: You will be responsible for supporting to build the ecosystem of offerings that help a carrier manage their business within our Network Expansion services, focusing specifically on Freight Matching, TP Value Added Services and other products that might come. In order to do so you will need to understand carrier’s pain points and work closely with other teams (e.g. marketing, product marketing, product) to drive adoption, especially as these are new products being launched.
  • improving product-specific processes: You will identify business growth opportunities thanks to your strong analytical skills and build SOPs to make processes more efficient. The goal is to deliver a great and unique customer experience for our carrier community.
  • hands-on experience: you will not be afraid to pick up the phone, talk to our carriers, launch surveys to gather feedback to ensure we build products that are tailored around their needs.
